We are part of a larger Home Owners Association. Within this Association there is a pool, playground, and a tennis court. A portion of your monthly condo fee goes to paying your Home Owners Association (HOA) fee to maintain these areas. Please contact the HOA Property Manager if you have any questions regarding the HOA, common areas, tennis courts or playgrounds.

These inspections are to insure the property stays looking great at all times. If you do get a violation letter and you have questions please email the property manager email@example.com. If you live in a Thomas Builders built house, there is a color code that you will need to follow. Thomas Builders Color Scheme
Keep off the Grass
Vehicles are not allowed on the grass. We have contracted a landscaping company to maintain the grounds. If your vehicle damages any part of the grounds you will be responsible to the cost of the repairs.
Residents of Worthington Mews are not allowed to park in the visitors parking or on the garage apron. The visitor spots are reserved for visitors only. Doing so will result in a fine and possibly the vehicle being towed at the home owners expense. If you have a visitor that will be parking there for an extended period of time, please contact your property manager and request a visitor parking pass. For the complete Worthington Mews parking policy, please see the documents tab.
If you are towed, your vehicle will be taken to an impound lot owned and operated by North County Towing.

This is not for emergencies.
The snow removal contractor does not begin plowing until the snow accumulation has reached three (3) inches. They will plow the main drive lane, clear sidewalks and apply salt. When we do have a snow event, ANYONE parked in the visitor spots at the end of the streets is subject to being towed. This is so the snow contractor has a place to dispose of the snow.
