Home Improvements

In the Spring, the management team conducts walk around inspections of the neighborhood. Some of the common issues that are being checked in weeds in your garden area, damaged or faded / rotten wood or shutters missing or faded. These inspections are to insure the property stays looking great at all times. If you do get a violation letter and you have questions please email the property manager violations@pinnacle-md.com. If you live in a Thomas Builders built house, there is a color code that you will need to follow.  Thomas Builders Color Scheme

Keep off the Grass

Vehicles are not allowed on the grass.  We have contracted a landscaping company to maintain the grounds.  If your vehicle damages any part of the grounds you will be responsible to the cost of the repairs.

Trash and Recycling in Worthington Mews is collected every Friday.
Trash and recycling should be placed curbside in approved containers no earlier than 6:00 PM Thursday evening or early Friday morning for Friday’s trash pick-up. Trash may not be placed out for collection prior to Thursday evening. Items placed out for collection at any other time are unsightly and can become a health hazard.  All refuse containers and refuse/recycling not picked up by collections should be removed by the homeowner responsible for it by the evening of pickup.

Trash, trash containers, or recycling left out too early or after the scheduled pickup date. Could result in a fine. You can help by reporting violations of the above policies to Pinnacle Property Management at 410.760.4203 or info@pinnacle-md.com. This is not for emergencies.

The snow removal contractor does not begin plowing until the snow accumulation has reached three (3) inches.  They will plow the main drive lane, clear sidewalks and apply salt. When we do have a snow event, ANYONE parked in the visitor spots at the end of the streets is subject to being towed. This is so the snow contractor has a place to dispose of the snow.
