Here comes the snow !!
In an effort to keep the streets of Worthington Mews clear of snow we will be enacting emergency snow procedures. Anyone that is parked in a visitor spot at the end of the streets is subject to being towed without warning. The snow vendor nor the community will be liable or held responsible for damage done to any vehicle that is parked behind the garage door or on the garage apron while the snow vendors are plowing as it is against the parking policy to park behind the garage door.
Board Meetings are typically held at the All meetings to be held at Pinnacle Properties 154 S. Azar Ave, Glen Burnie MD, 21060. Meetings start at 6:00 p.m. Please click the meetings tab to check when the next meeting will be.
Assessment Info
The current assessment rate is $85.00. Payment can be made directly to Pinnacle Property Management via check, credit card, or ACH (automated clearing house).
Please include your account number when making a payment to ensure that your payment is applied to your account.
Architectural applications, guidelines and community documents are available for viewing. Please note that these documents are not acceptable for resale disclosure. This tab is also where you will find meeting dates, budgets and approved minutes.
BGE Lighting Outage
Any street light outages can be reported directly to BGE, they offer an online reporting system to expedite any lighting issues.

County Issues
There may be a time where issues arise and are out of Pinnacle and the Board of Directors control. Anne Arundel County Government has a website to report any county issues. Cromwell Fountain Road is a county road. You can report a downed county sign, a utility issue, alert authorities to graffiti, and countless other items. Please note that there may be items within the community are the responsibility of the HOA. Please note, Worthington Mews is part of a larger Home Owner Association.
